Three children burnt to death as fire engulfs house in Dadu village

SUKKUR: Three children brunt to death and four others received burn injures as fire engulfs house in village Ghazi Jamali in Dadu. A tragic fire broke out in thatched huts built on agricultural land near Dadu city, within the jurisdiction of Jhallo Police Station.

According to reports, several people, including women and children, were affected in the incident.

SSP Dadu Captain (R) Saddam Hussain Khaskheli took immediate notice and directed SDPO City and SHO Jhallo to reach the scene, assess the situation, and expedite relief operations.

Three children — Muhammad Hanif S/o Sahib Alkhani, aged 5-6, Fauzia daughter of Arif, aged 7-8 and Shahzain died after sustaining severe burn injuries.

The injured include Sahib S/o Tagio Alkhani, Mst Zamiran, wife of Sahib, and Shahzeb S/o Rahib Alkhani. They were first shifted to DHQ Hospital and later referred to Sehwan for further treatment.

The injured children are in critical condition and have been shifted to hospitals in Hyderabad and Karachi.
