With the religious occasion of Eidul Azha right around the corner, I would like to highlight the urgent need for cleaning and waste management. As we are all aware, this event involves the slaughter of animals, which leads to the accumulation of animal waste products. If not cleaned, this can cause several problems related to hygiene, drainage and environmental issues. It is essential for the authorities to take effective steps for cleaning purposes by increasing the number of collection points, regularly spraying disinfectants and conducting awareness campaigns to educate citizens about waste disposal. This will help make the environment clean and free of odours and germs. I hope the concerned authorities will pay attention to this issue and ensure a clean and healthy environment.
