Tractor trolleys and camel carts moving on roads without headlights or reflectors have become a serious safety hazard, particularly during the harvesting season in Punjab. At night, these slow-moving and often overloaded vehicles are barely visible, making it extremely difficult for other drivers to notice them in time.
Drivers must be encouraged to use proper lighting and reflectors, while the authorities should ensure strict implementation of traffic safety regulations, especially during peak agricultural activity.
