Economic malaise

I am very concerned about the increasing socio-economic challenges faced by people in Pakistan, including inflation, unemployment and limited access to quality education. As a regular reader of newspapers and opinion columns, I have noticed that writers frequently highlight these issues in a very realistic and thought-provoking manner. However, highlighting issues alone is not enough.

Strong and practical actions are required from policymakers to improve economic conditions, strengthen institutions and invest in education and youth development. While the media plays an important role in creating awareness, real change will only come when the authorities take responsibility and act effectively.
