Rawalpindi : Police have arrested an alleged liquor supplier and recovered 60 bottles of liquor from his possession here on Saturday, police spokesperson said.
According to police, the suspect was taken into custody during a crackdown against illegal liquor supply.
A case has been registered against the accused, and further investigation is underway.
Superintendent of Police (Saddar), Anum Sher, stated that strict measures are being taken to curb the menace of drugs and illegal substances. She reiterated that operations will continue to eliminate such activities and bring those involved to justice.
