RAWALPINDI: A renowned religious scholar, the (Muhtamim) of Darul Uloom Ta’leem-ul-Quran, Raja Bazar, Maulana Ashraf Ali has passed away here on Thursday.
The funeral prayer will be offered on Friday at 3 p.m. at Liaquat Bagh.
The late scholar had been serving religious and educational duties for a long time, and his scholarly and teaching contributions were widely acknowledged.
