LAHORE: The Punjab Safe Cities Authority has introduced a new feature in Emergency Helpline 15 to improve response and transparency.

Callers will now receive details of the assigned police officer with estimated arrival time, and can track response in real time and give feedback.

The Public Safety App also enables direct coordination between callers and officers to ensure timely assistance.
