DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Two labourers died for lack of oxygen while cleaning a sewer in the suburban area of Garha Bakhsha in Dera Ismail Khan.
According to reports, both workers fell into the sewer after fainting.Upon receiving the information, the Rescue 1122 team promptly reached the scene and initiated a rescue operation. The rescue personnel managed to retrieve both workers from the sewer; however, they were found dead on the spot.
One of the deceased was identified as Muhammad Saleem, son of Ramazan, a resident of Mohalla Khadrianwala, Tank, currently residing in Basti Tarkhana Wali.
