LAHORE: Pakistan women’s skills and fitness camp has begun at the National Cricket Academy (NCA). Under the guidance of team mentor Wahab Riaz and the national coaching staff, the camp is designed to sharpen technical skills and improve physical conditioning. The opening session featured intensive fielding drills, preceded by Wahab’s briefing on performance goals and tactical discipline.

The camp will run until April 23, providing players with a crucial opportunity to fine-tune their game ahead of Pakistan’s home series against Zimbabwe Women. The team is preparing for the series against Zimbabwe that has six-match white-ball series (3 ODIs, 3 T20Is) from May 4-15 at Karachi. With six uncapped players among the selected squad, the camp also serves as a platform to integrate fresh talent into the national setup.
