KARAK: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi on Tuesday stressed serious attention to alleged corruption, law and order, and administrative challenges in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

“A meaningful improvement is possible only if the provincial government prioritizes accountability and governance reforms,” he said while talking to reporters here. On Centre-province relations, he emphasised that the province cannot function in isolation and required strong coordination with the federal government.

He called for continuous consultation and cooperation to address issues collectively. The governor added that the opposition and Governor’s House were always ready to cooperate in the province’s best interest and urged the provincial government to adopt a serious and unified strategy to achieve peace, progress and prosperity

He said growing international engagement reflected increasing global trust in Pakistan, highlighting the country’s key role in promoting regional peace.“Several foreign ministers and senior delegates from various countries had recently visited Pakistan, indicating global recognition of its diplomatic efforts,” he said.
