It is great that the government is encouraging the purchase of EVs to assist the economy. However, I hope that after the use of these vehicles becomes widespread, those involved with fossil fuels do not start complaining about lost profits and agitating for these vehicles to be taxed. The solar model is before us but the threats are also looming.
