PU holds moot on pharmaceutical research

LAHORE : A conference titled Nature to NanoTech: AI-Powered Advances in Pharmaceutical Sciences was held at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of the Punjab, bringing together academicians and researchers to discuss emerging trends in pharmaceutical sciences.

The event was graced by the presence of Prof Dr Hamid Saeed, who appreciated the efforts of the organisers and emphasised the importance of integrating artificial intelligence with natural product research and nanotechnology for future drug discovery.

The conference was coordinated by Dr Abrar Ahmed, who highlighted the objectives of the event and the need for interdisciplinary collaboration in modern pharmaceutical research.

Among the notable participants were Dr Misbah Sultana, Dr Amjad Hussain, Dr Alamgir, Dr Noureen Shahzadi, and Prof Dr Furqan Khurshid Hashmi, who actively engaged in the sessions and contributed to the scientific discussions.
