KARACHI: The 11th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) is set to kick off in Lahore from Thursday, much to the excitement of cricket fans.
All matches of the tournament will be aired live on Pakistan’s first private sports channel, Geo Super HD. The opening match of the tournament will be played between defending champions Lahore Qalandars and Hyderabad Kingsmen, scheduled to begin at 7 PM. In an effort to further enhance PSL as a major brand, the Pakistan Cricket Board has introduced several new features this season. For the first time, commentary and transmission will be presented separately in Urdu and English, allowing viewers to enjoy the matches in their preferred language. Additionally, players’ movements, actions, and overall gameplay will be showcased using modern technology in a fresh and innovative style, aiming to provide an enhanced viewing experience for the audience.
