ISLAMABAD: Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Tahir Abbas Supra has directed lawyers in the case of violence against Khawar Maneka to ensure that arguments are presented at the next hearing.
On Tuesday, arguments could not be presented on an application regarding terrorism provisions, on which the court directed the parties to present arguments at the next hearing. The judge said if arguments are not presented at the next hearing, he will decide after seeing the record. The court adjourned the hearing until June 2.
The case of violence against Khawar Maneka had been registered against PTI lawyers at the Ramna police station.
