LAHORE : Punjab Minister for Energy, Youth Affairs and Sports Malik Faisal Ayub Khokhar said that Punjab government will continue to patronise the talented athletes.
He said this in his greeting message to female athlete Haram Rehan, who established a Guinness world record by scoring 143 knee strikes with one leg in one minute. Faisal Khokhar said that Haram's success is a great example for young athletes, especially girls.
"It is a great achievement that Haram broke the record of an Indian player and won huge appreciation from the world sports community".
He said that Haram's hard work and dedication is admirable and a great inspiration for younger generation. “Such players are a valuable asset of the country. It is hoped that Haram will continue her hard work and win more laurels for the country in future as well".
