LAHORE: The Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) has taken a significant step toward financial transparency and athlete welfare by clearing all pending dues related to compensations and allowances for players and team officials. This disbursement covers a total of eight events, involving 230 players and 62 officials, despite the federation operating under restricted funding from FIFA.
PFF President Syed Mohsen Gilani expressed satisfaction at fulfilling the federation’s commitment to the national teams, emphasizing that players and coaches are the country’s national assets. He noted that ensuring their welfare is a priority, even in challenging financial circumstances.
