MARDAN: In order to provide easy and hassle-free access to different government services to citizens, a Citizen Facilitation Center (CFC) was established in Mardan, where more than 30 public services were now being provided under one roof.

Facility Management Officer Sadaqatullah said that the main purpose of the centre was to provide different services of various government departments under one roof, and citizens would not need to visit different offices for the provision of different services.

He added that the centre was equipped with a state-of-the-art token management system, separate counters for male and female citizens, and a facility for persons with disabilities, and the citizens would be able to avail different services under one roof.

The services being provided at the centre included Nadra services, domicile certificates, driving licenses, arms licenses, birth certificates, marriage certificates, divorce certificates, death certificates, land record services, police clearance certificates, water connections, licenses, and many more.

The official said that the citizens would now be able to save time and money, especially in light of the recent hike in petroleum prices, and would experience more transparent and efficient services from the government through the one-window system of service delivery.
