LAHORE: Punjab Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat has rejected rumours about shifting educational activities online.

In a message on social media, he said that all schools and colleges will remain open as usual. He clarified that there is no truth in reports about closure of institutions or moving classes online.

The minister added that both public and private institutions will continue their activities as normal and urged students to attend regularly. He emphasised that people should not pay attention to baseless rumours and assured that teaching will continue without interruption.
