ISLAMABAD: The Banking Court on Thursday directed the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to immediately submit a challan in the foreign funding case against the PTI founder Imran Khan and others.
Special Prosecutor Wasiq Malik told Judge Abdul Ghafoor Kakar that the challan was complete and would be submitted in one or two days.
He said instead of a supplementary challan, a single challan was made, which took time. The challan has also been completed for two new accused.
The court extended the interim bail of co-accused Siraj Ahmed and Faisal Qazi and directed them to present their arguments on the pre-arrest bail applications in the next hearing.
The hearing was adjourned until March 25. The court had earlier approved the bail application of the founder of PTI.
