ISLAMABAD: The Establishment Division has approved nominations of 131 BS-18 officers for Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC), which is required for promotion to BS-19.
According to a letter sent by Establishment Division to Rector of National School of Public Policy Lahore, the course will run from March 30 to June 5, 2026, at NIPA centers across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Quetta. From Pakistan Administrative Service, 25 officers have been nominated. Among them are CEO Punjab Saaf Pani Authority Naveed Ahmad; PSO to Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Captain (R) Muhammad Zubair Khan; Deputy Secretary Irrigation Department Punjab Javeria Maqbool; Deputy Commissioner Peshawar Sanaullah Khan; Deputy Secretary Labour Department Punjab Anam Zaid; Additional Secretary Finance Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Talat Fahd; Deputy Secretary (Cabinet) S&GAD Punjab Muhammad Mohsin Salahuddin; and Deputy Secretary Prime Minister’s Office Muhammad Anas Iqbal.
Also included are CEO/MD Engineering Consultancy Services (Pvt) Ltd Punjab Muhammad Shayan Ali Jawa; Deputy Secretary Cabinet SGA&CD Sindh Muhammad Danish; Muhammad Sohaib Butt from CM Office Punjab; Director (Development & Finance) Sargodha Bilal Hassan; PD PMIU PESRP Punjab Umar Iftikhar Shirazi; Deputy Commissioner Sanghar Sarah Javed; Secretary Punjab Workers Welfare Board Mujtaba Arafat; Chief of Section P&D Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Shehzad Mehboob; Additional Deputy Commissioners Usama Majeed Cheema, Tayyab Sami Khan, and Fahad Mahmood; DG Upper Swat Development Authority Shoaib Abbas; Deputy Secretary Finance Punjab Rafia Qayyum; Muhammad Ehtesham-ul-Haq; Zain-ul-Abideen Memon; Hira Rizwan; and MD Punjab Mass Transit Authority Talha Zubair.
From Police Service of Pakistan, 25 officers have been nominated, including Kamran Aamir Khan, Zohaib Nasrullah Ranjha, Zahida Parveen, Muhammad Usman Tipu, Rizwan Tariq, Nausherwan Ali, Abdul Khaliq, Khan Zaib, Muhammad Shoaib Masood, Jaleel Imran Khan, Muhammad Ashfaq, Shehzada Kokab Farooq, Imtiaz Ahmed Khan, Imran Razzaq, Tahir Mustafa, Muhammad Naeem Shahid, Irfan Aamir, Muhammad Arshad Zahid, Javed Ahmed Khan, Khalid Mahmood Afzal, Zain Asim, Urtaza Kumail, Akhlaq Ullah, Faryal Fareed, and Ghiyoor Ahmed.
From Foreign Service of Pakistan, five officers — Jamal Nasir, Masooma Bushra Ali, Mirza Sameer Baig, Aiza Shujaat, and Maryam Bugti — have been nominated.
From Pakistan Customs Service, Salman Javed has been selected. Deputy Director (Finance) Capital Development Authority Aamir Shehzad (under Ministry of Interior) has also been selected.
From Intelligence Bureau, Muhammad Mujtaba, Ehsan Ullah Chaudhry, Noorullah Nasir, and Qurratulain Gillani have been nominated.
From National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Abdul Majeed, Mehboob Alam, Shehzad Ahmed, Ajmal Hameed, and Adnan Nadeem will participate in the course.
All nominated officers must report to their respective NIPA centers by March 27, 2026. Participation in the course is mandatory, and in case of non-attendance, action will be taken under Civil Servants (E&D) Rules 2020.
