ISLAMABAD: Several appointments and transfers have been made in the federal bureaucracy.
A Grade-21 officer of Police Service of Pakistan, Farhat Ali Junejo, previously serving under the Sindh government, has been transferred and posted to Intelligence Bureau Division. Fateh Muhammad Qureshi, a Grade-20 officer of Pakistan Audit and Accounts Service who was awaiting posting in the office of Auditor General of Pakistan, has been appointed as Accountant General in the Government of Azad Kashmir.
Raja Rashid Ali, Joint Secretary in Poverty Alleviation Division, has been transferred and his services returned to the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan.
Grade-19 Police Service officer Ali Sher Jakhrani has been transferred from Balochistan to Sindh government. Grade-18 Police Service officer Sonia Shamroze Khan, serving under Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has been transferred and posted to National Highways and Motorway Police. Grade-18 Police Service officer Muhammad Jawad Ishaq, previously serving at the National Police Academy, has also been transferred and posted to the National Highways and Motorway Police.
