Turbat, a city in Balochistan, has many young people who have completed their university education but face unemployment due to limited opportunities and widespread poverty. Many apply for jobs, study hard and take tests, but are not selected. This situation is especially difficult for educated youth, particularly when some believe that job selection is influenced by unfair practices.

Most young people want to live independently and not depend on their parents’ support. As a result, some start small businesses, open private schools or run tuition classes using their own savings. Their efforts show that education not only helps in finding jobs but also fosters creativity, hard work and determination. The education authorities and the government are urged to provide fair job opportunities and support for educated youth.
