In today’s competitive environment, students face enormous expectations from parents, teachers and society, which often leads to anxiety, sleep deprivation and declining mental health. This constant pressure not only affects academic performance but also impacts students’ emotional well-being. Many students feel overwhelmed, lose confidence and, in severe cases, even develop depression.

It is essential that schools, colleges and parents work together to create a supportive environment. Counseling sessions, stress management workshops, flexible study schedules and awareness about mental health can go a long way in helping students cope effectively.
