PESHAWAR: Awami National Party (ANP) provincial President Mian Iftikhar Hussain while paying glowing tributes to late Ajmal Khattak said that he was a true follower of Bacha Khan’s philosophy of non-violence, peace and humanity.
Bacha Khan Research Centre and World Pashto Maraka jointly organized a function at Bacha Khan Markaz Peshawar in connection with the death anniversary of ANP former president, noted progressive and revolutionary poet, critic and journalist Ajmal Khattak.
Bacha Khan Research Centre Director Dr Fazl Rahim Marwat presided over the function while ANP provincial president Mian Iftikhar Hussain was chief guest on the occasion.Noted Pashto poets, writers, party workers and other literary figures attended the function.
