PESHAWAR: Qasim Ali Khan, an officer of the Provincial Management Service in Basic Pay Scale (BPS)-19, was on Tuesday posted as additional secretary, Home and Tribal Affairs, with immediate effect.
The posting and transfer orders were issued by the chief secretary, government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through the Section Officer (Establishment).
Qasim Ali Khan was posted against a vacant position. He was previously serving as additional secretary, Sports and Youth Affairs, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Prior to that, he served as deputy commissioner in various districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Mansehra.
Meanwhile, Khursheed Alam, who was awaiting posting in the Establishment Department, was posted as additional secretary, Sports and Youth Affairs.
