Rawalpindi: The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Rawalpindi has introduced a modern Complaint Management System (CMS) for the prompt redressal of public complaints.

A meeting of the Engineering and Revenue Wing chaired by Managing Director WASA Muhammad Saleem Ashraf reviewed the features and effective implementation of the system. The meeting was apprised that the CMS mobile app aims to resolve public complaints promptly, ensure effective monitoring of complaints and further improve service delivery.

The app has provided easy and user-friendly facilities, including complaint registration, feedback and a transparent follow-up system. The MD said that a special dashboard will also be established in WASA Rawalpindi through which real-time monitoring of complaints will be possible. He directed the officers that any type of negligence would not be tolerated and that redressal of public grievances should be ensured in a timely and effective manner.
