LAHORE:A landmark ‘One Tower’ project is going to be built in CBD Punjab and in this regard a contract signing ceremony was held on Friday.
The CBD One Tower is envisioned as one of Lahore’s most advanced developments, integrating modern architectural design with smart infrastructure and state-of-the-art urban facilities that include an ultra-luxury hotel, shopping mall, high end apartments and Grade-A office space. This project is expected to contribute significantly to the city’s progress and help align its infrastructure with international standards.
The landmark contract was signed by Lake City and Foster Company to design the CBD One Tower, a project poised to redefine Lahore’s commercial and urban landscape. The signing ceremony, held at Lake City, was attended by senior officials and key stakeholders from both organisations, marking the start of a strategic collaboration aimed at introducing world-class infrastructure and architectural excellence to the city.
Speaking at the occasion, CEO of Lake City Developers, Sultan Gohar Ejaz stated, “CBD One Tower by Lake City reflects our commitment to bringing world-class infrastructure and architectural excellence to Punjab. Brig (retd) Mansoor Janjua, COO CBD Punjab, highlighted that the project will significantly contribute to the city’s progress and help align its infrastructure with international standards.Chief Consultant Abrar Sheikh added that the construction of the ‘Great Tower’ will enhance the city’s aesthetic appeal and serve as a landmark in Lahore’s skyline.
The ceremony also featured a technical briefing by Rob Harrison Green and Steven Houman, who are senior partners from the architectural firm Foster + Partners who shared insights on key development milestones and the tower’s role as a cornerstone of Punjab’s Central Business District initiative.
