LAHORE:LDA Town Planning Wing sealed 60 illegal commercial properties here on Wednesday. LDA teams conducted operation in Gulberg, Model Town Extension, Canal Road, Azam Garden and Punjab Government Cooperative Society. Around 20 properties have been sealed in Gulberg, Model Town Extension for illegal commercial use and non-payment of commercial fees, and 13 properties have been sealed on Canal Road for illegal commercial use.
During the recovery operation, the teams have sealed 10 properties in Azam Garden and 17 properties in Punjab Government Cooperative Society. The properties sealed included private schools, colleges, grocery stores, clinics, pharmacies, restaurants, food points, cafes, property offices, beauty salons, auto workshops, electric stores, shops, offices and others.
