SWABI: Two persons of a family from Kumrat in Upper Dir were killed and four others sustained injuries when an armed man forced his entry into a house early Wednesday, police officials said.
The victim family was living in Kunda village in Chota Lahor tehsil of Swabi, the officials said. The diseased were identified as Juma Faqir and his son Abdur Rehman.The injured included Fatima Bibi, wife of deceased Abdur Rehman, 32, her son Zeeshan Khan, 9, daughter, Samra, 6 and one-year-old son Sudais Khan. The injured Fatima told police that she was at home with her family when a man entered their room and started firing on them.She said that they have no enmity. Police have started an investigation after registering an FIR against unidentified accused.
