Islamabad:Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan on Monday said investment in youth remained a top national priority of the government, with a focus on enhancing access to quality education, skill development programme and employment opportunities to prepare the next generation of leaders to compete both nationally and internationally.
"Under our programme, a range of 4Es (Education, Engagement, Employment and Environment) initiatives including scholarships and other support programmes aim to provide talented youth from across the country with the resources and guidance they need to succeed," Rana Mashhood told the opening ceremony for the International MOIC Summit Pakistan 2025 here.
The event brought together young leaders, policymakers, subject-matter experts, and international partners to deliberate on key issues including youth development, innovation, entrepreneurship and global collaboration.
The organisers said the summit provided a dynamic platform to participants to showcase innovative solutions, share best practices and contribute to shaping policies that empower Pakistan’s youth.
The PMYP chairman said all those initiatives were grounded in merit and equal opportunity, fostering a fair and inclusive environment where young Pakistanis could thrive based on their talent, dedication and potential.
