E-cigarettes known as vapes have gained widespread acceptance among teenagers and young adults. The devices create vapour through liquid heating which typically includes nicotine and multiple chemical substances. The general public believes vaping provides safer alternatives than smoking regular cigarettes yet users face multiple health dangers.
The inhaled vapour causes lung damage while it creates throat irritation and it produces negative effects on cardiovascular wellness. The protection of young people requires both improved public understanding and enforceable rules to stop the expanding threat of vaping.
