LAHORE:Punjab Assembly Speaker Malik M Ahmad Khan has congratulated CM Maryam Nawaz and her economic team on presenting a forward-looking, welfare-oriented budget for the fiscal year 2025-26.
'This is not just a financial document but a comprehensive manifesto for pro-people governance,' said the Speaker. This budget is a significant step towards economic self-reliance and sustainable development, he said. Speaker, who also chaired the Punjab budget session, stated that it reflected the hopes of the people of Punjab. He termed the budget people-oriented focusing on developmental and growth of Punjab.
