INGREDIENTS
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Chilli garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 ½ tbsp
Sesame oil ½ tbsp
Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Sugar ½ tbsp
Cooking oil 3 tbsp
Carrots (julienne) ½ cup
Capsicum (julienne) ½ cup
Cabbage (shredded) 1 cup
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Spring onion (white part) 2 tbsp
Boneless chicken strips 150g
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Baking soda ¼ tsp
Vinegar ½ tbsp
Spaghetti (boiled with salt) 200g
Spring onion leaves (chopped) 2-3 tbsp
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, add chilli sauce, soy sauce, chilli garlic sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, pink salt, black pepper powder, sugar, mix well and set aside.
In a wok, add cooking oil, carrots, capsicum, cabbage, mix well and sauté for a minute and set aside.
In the same frying pan, add cooking oil, garlic, spring onion and sauté for a minute.
Add chicken and mix well until it changes colour.
Add white pepper powder, garlic powder, pink salt, baking soda, soy sauce, vinegar, mix well and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
Add spaghettis and mix well.
Add prepared sauce and mix well.
Add sautéed vegetables, spring onion leaves and give it a good mix.
Garnish with green onion leaves and serve!
