* The Mandalorian and Grogu (starring Pedro Pascal, Jeremy Allen White, Brendan Wayne, Lateef Crowder, Sigourney Weaver) – action, continuation of the Star Wars streaming series The Mandalorian (2019 – 2023); Mandalorian Din Djarin (Pascal) and his apprentice Grogu embark on an adventure to help the New Republic.

* I Love Boosters (starring Keke Palmer, Naomi Ackie, Taylour Paige, Poppy Liu, Eiza González) – crime comedy; a group of shoplifters target a fashion maven by stealing her clothes and selling them at a lower price.

* Ladies First (starring Sacha Baron Cohen, Rosamund Pike, Emily Mortimer, Richard E. Grant) – comedy, loosely inspired by the 2018 French film I Am Not an Easy Man; a male chauvinist (Cohen) finds himself in an alternate world with a matriarchal society.

* Passenger (starring Jacob Scipio, Lou Llobell, Melissa Leo) – supernatural horror; after witnessing a horrific accident, a young couple on a van life adventure find themselves pursued by a demonic presence.

  • Comedy drama; as Miranda Priestly (Streep) navigates a new media landscape, she reunites with Andy Sachs (Hathaway) and reconnects with her former assistant Emily Charlton (Blunt) who is now a senior executive.
  • Sequel to the 2006 film The Devil Wears Prada, which was based on the 2003 novel by Lauren Weisberger.
  • Has grossed over US$550 million against a $100 million production budget.
  • Has received positive reviews, with praise for the acting – especially Streep’s performance – but criticism for some unnecessary subplots.
  • Received allegations of anti-Asian racism and stereotyping for the character of Jin Chao (played by Helen J. Shen), the East Asian assistant of Hathaway’s Andy.
  • Costumes from the movie are being auctioned off to benefit the nonprofit Committee to Protect Journalists.
