Us: Fame, money, or success – what do you pursue?
Fahad Khan: My answer would be success through my hard work and dedication.
Us: What was your breakthrough project?
FK: My first shoot with my mentor, sir Khawar Riaz.
Us: Do good looks and connections really count?
FK: Your image and networking play a massive role initially to get you noticed and help you grab your first break, but the rest depends on your talent and how sincerely you deal with your work.
Us: What initial challenges did you face?
FK: Getting good roles and finding the right projects was quite the uphill battle. I spent a lot of time chasing directors, only to realize that production houses are the real players in this game. It’s essential to know where to turn for opportunities.
Us: How do you deal with self-doubt?
FK: I make myself understand that I’m blessed that opportunities are coming my way despite cutthroat competition. So I should not be afraid.
Us: How has social media changed your life?
FK: Social media has been a total game-changer for me. It helps me connect with production houses and fans directly. However, this exposure also comes with responsibility – every post counts. I’ve learned that you can’t just post anything; you’ve got to be wise about your image.
Us: Who is the model you draw inspiration from?
FK: Sudais Khan. He is great. He knows his work and delivers versatility.
