AK Foundation launches IT classes for PPC members

PESHAWAR: Al-Khidmat Foundation has launched special IT classes for members of the Peshawar Press Club (PPC) and their children.

A communication said the initiative has been taken under the nationwide Al-Khidmat Bano Qaabil Programme, which aims to equip young people with IT skills and enable them to support their families through freelancing, online businesses, and other digital opportunities by offering free IT courses.

Initially, more than 75 students have been enrolled in 16 different courses, including digital marketing, web designing, graphic designing, CIT, artificial intelligence, video editing, e-commerce, and Amazon-related training.

A ceremony was held at the Al-Khidmat Bano Qaabil IT Centre in Nishtarabad, presided over by Al-Khidmat Foundation District President Iftikhar Ahmed Khan.Al-Khidmat Foundation Provincial President Khalid Waqas and Peshawar Press Club President M. Riaz attended the event as chief guests.Khalid Waqas said that more classes would be launched for PPC members and their children in the future.
