Court upholds arrest warrant for KP CM

ISLAMABAD: Civil Judge Abbas Shah on Monday upheld the non-bailable arrest warrant for KP Chief Minister Sohail Afridi for his continuous non-appearance in a case filed against him for making misleading allegations against institutions.

The judge ordered his arrest and production before court and adjourned the hearing till June 18. The NCCIA had registered a case against Sohail under the Peca Act.
