LAHORE:Amid service delivery concerns and mounting challenges, the top management of Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) - Chairman Aamer Zia and Chief Executive Officer Engr. M Ramzan Butt stressed joint efforts and teamwork to make Lesco the country’s leading power distribution company. The call came during a ‘Lesco Employees Open Forum’. Aamer Zia told the officers that Lesco’s growth and success depend on the hard work and professional competence of its staff. He said quality services for consumers and continuous improvement require teamwork and a strong sense of responsibility from all officers.
Engr Ramzan Butt said the role of officers is critical to making Lesco a top distribution company. He urged field staff to ensure quick resolution of public complaints, take effective action against electricity theft, and improve recovery and overall performance.Lesco management said the goal of becoming a leading power distributor cannot be achieved without accountability and timely relief to consumers.
