LAHORE:The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), also known as CBD Punjab, successfully has auctioned two prime petrol station sites in Pakistan’s first IT city, CBD NSIT City, through sealed bids.
The authority offered two plots on lease basis: Plot F-12-02 (5.38 kanals) with a reserve price of Rs25 million per annum, and Plot F-02-02 (6.77 kanals) with a reserve price of Rs30 million per annum. The auction was chaired by Special Secretary Housing, Urban Development and Public Health Engineering Department (HUD&PHED) Waqar Azim, along with CBD Punjab Chief Operating Officer Brig (retd) MansoorJanjua and other officials.
The process drew strong participation from leading oil and gas companies, reflecting investor confidence in CBD Punjab’s projects and the commercial potential of NSIT City. As a result, Plot F-12-02 was leased to Sardar Muhammad & Sons for Rs35 million per annum, while Plot F-02-02 was awarded to Taj Gasoline at Rs30 million per annum.
