ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari on Monday approved the appointment of Justice Dr Syed Muhammad Anwar as Acting Chief Justice of Federal Shariat Court (FSC). Justice Anwar is the most senior judge of the Federal Shariat Court. The President accorded his approval to the appointment of the acting chief justice of the Federal Shariat Court on the advice of the Prime Minister.
