Balochistan is the largest province of Pakistan, rich in natural resources, culture and talented people. Yet, it is often seen as one of the most neglected parts of the country. There is no doubt that many parts of Balochistan face serious problems. In several areas, people still do not have proper schools, hospitals, roads, electricity or clean water. Because of poverty and poor educational systems, many students cannot continue their studies. As a result, the young people often feel left behind compared to students from other provinces. Instead of dreaming about building their future in Balochistan, many now dream of moving abroad. They believe they can find better education, jobs, respect and opportunities in other countries. This growing desire to leave shows how hopeless many young people feel about their future at home.

At the same time, Balochistan is also under-discussed. The problems and achievements of the province are rarely talked about. Most people only hear about Balochistan during conflicts or disasters. Its beautiful culture, hard working people, natural beauty and talented youth are often ignored. When a region is not discussed properly, its problems also remain unsolved. Development is not only about roads and buildings. It is also about giving people attention, representation and equal importance.
