Rawalpindi : Safeer Ahmad Chaudhry, currently serving as Director General, Finance & Accounts at Private Power and Infrastructure Board (PPIB) has been conferred upon the prestigious civilian honour ‘Sitara-e-Imtiaz’.
Safeer Ahmad Chadhry, is an experienced finance, contracts and management professional with an academic background in finance and management. He holds a Master degree in International Finance from United Kingdom and MBA in Finance from IBA, Karachi.
At present, he is serving as Director General, Finance & Accounts at Private Power & Infrastructure Board (PPIB) ensuring compliance with govt. policies and responsible for matters related to power generation tariffs, financial closing, policy, tax and power projects development/implementations.
He is proficient financial specialist in energy and infrastructure projects and has an ability to provide strategic vision to identify trends and interpret results.
Innovative business development expert specializing in developing and executing business plans, preparing and negotiating power projects tariff, concession agreements, term sheets and financing documents.
Overall, he is highly qualified and experienced finance and management professional in power infrastructure and renewable energy projects. As a part of Task Force constituted by the Prime Minister of Pakistan.
