A man died following a violent altercation in the Shahdara Town area, while police claimed to have arrested two main suspects involved in the incident.
The victim, identified as Imran alias Mani, sustained injuries during a fight and was shifted to hospital where he died. Shahdara Town police arrested two nominated suspects and registered a case on the complaint of the deceased’s mother. Police said the dispute allegedly erupted after individuals were seen roaming in the area in a vehicle fitted with a blue beacon light and a government-style number plate, which led to an argument and subsequently a fight. Police shifted the body to the morgue.
