Rawalpindi : Police have intensified their crackdown on drug trafficking, with Sadr Bairooni Police arresting three suspects, including a female drug supplier, and recovering more than 17 kilograms of hashish.
According to a spokesperson for Rawalpindi Police, the operation led to the arrest of a highly wanted drug dealer found in possession of 10.8 kilograms of hashish, while another suspect was held with 6 kilograms of the narcotic substance.
Police said one of the detained suspects has a criminal record and had previously been involved in multiple cases related to terrorism, murder, attempted murder, narcotics, and illegal weapons possession.
In a separate action, police also arrested a female drug supplier and recovered 600 grams of hashish from her possession.
