LAHORE:Regarding the issue of rumours about Mayo Hospital, General Hospital, Children's Hospital and Jinnah Hospital on social media, the spokesperson for the Health Department has said that all hospitals have stated the facts regarding treatment statistics. Free treatment facilities are being provided to thousands of patients on a daily basis in Mayo Hospital, General Hospital, Children's Hospital and Jinnah Hospital.
All the news circulating on social media regarding delay in surgeries, shortage of medicines and unavailability of tests in hospitals are baseless, contrary to facts and fabricated, the spokesperson added.
