LAHORE: The National Cricket Academy will kick off a week-long white-ball camp this Friday as Pakistan step up preparations for their home ODI series against Australia, the Pakistan Cricket Board announced on Tuesday.

Twenty-eight players will report to the NCA in Lahore on May 15 for the seven-day camp, which runs until May 21. The program includes intensive training sessions and practice matches under the supervision of NCA coaches and the Pakistan men’s white-ball coaching staff.

The camp is designed to sharpen players ahead of the three-match ODI series against Australia, set for Rawalpindi and Lahore from May 30 to June 4. Among those attending are Abdul Subhan and Ali Raza, who featured for Pakistan at the ICC U19 Men’s Cricket World Cup held in Zimbabwe and Namibia earlier this year.
