Local government institutions play an indispensable role in delivering civil rights and social justice. These public administrations strengthen institutional integrity. They also have the capability to resolve local dilemmas and terminate the flaws and evils which erode social mobility and are much more effective when it comes to public-service delivery, rule of law implementation and public service reforms. The authorities must pay heed to this and further strengthen local governments and institutions.
