Plastic pollution is a serious issue in the Mullibazar area of Turbat. Wherever you go, you can see garbage and plastic waste lying outside. Many people collect garbage from their homes and throw it on the roads, where people pass every day. This creates a very bad impression and makes the environment dirty.
If people throw garbage outside, they should also understand that it harms the beauty of our city and affects public health. We cannot ignore this problem anymore. We need a proper garbage collection system in our city. There should be vehicles that regularly collect waste and keep our surroundings clean.

Due to its large size and coastal location, Karachi is currently facing the problem of increasing plastic pollution. A large number of plastics are being found in the Arabian Sea, which harms marine species and biodiversity. Plastics thrown in drains often end up in the Arabian Sea, where they harm marine wildlife and biodiversity. This situation is made even worse by the improper waste management system and lack of proper facilities for recycling.
In order to overcome this problem, stringent actions need to be taken. The government needs to implement a ban on the use of single use plastics while improving the recycling efforts within the city. At the same time, public campaigns must be held to raise awareness.
