LAHORE: Peshawar Zalmi’s all-rounder Michael Bracewell described the PSL 11 Final victory as a “beautiful feeling,” praising both teammates and the coaching staff for their collective contributions throughout the tournament.

Bracewell singled out Aaron Hardie’s batting in the final as a standout performance: “Obviously, the way Hardie batted out there was outstanding. It’s been an amazing comp the whole way through. Everyone stepped up at different times, and it feels like a real team win.”

Despite picking up a minor injury during the match, Bracewell brushed it aside: “Someone’s given you a busted lip as well. It’s part of the course, don’t even feel that.” He also praised the role of the coaching staff, led by Ottis Gibson, in maintaining consistency: “It’s been brilliant. The whole coaching staff complemented each other really well; different styles that gelled. I think it showed in our performance. We were able to keep consistency through the team and in our performance as well, which is outstanding.”

Finally, Bracewell paid tribute to the fans, noting the special atmosphere in Lahore: “I think we’d be remiss not to mention the crowd tonight. Obviously, it was a little bit unfortunate not having crowds throughout the tournament, but to have an amazing crowd like tonight, and how loud it was, certainly makes it very special.” Bracewell also highlighted the essence of Zalmi’s campaign—team unity, strong leadership, and the energy of fans—elements that combined to deliver their second PSL crown.
