MALAKWAL: The DDHO sealed two illegal clinics at Chak 20 and Bhalowal during an operation conducted on Saturday.
On the directions of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, DDHO Malakwal Dr Adnan Malik launched a crackdown on the quacks in the area.
During a raid at Chak 20, Zahid Clinic was sealed for allegedly running illegal medical practice. In another action in Bhalowal, Ali Medical Store was also sealed for violating Health Department SOPs.
Dr Adnan Malik stated that illegal medical practice was being carried out at the sealed clinic, while harmful and unsafe medicines were reportedly found stored at the medical store, leading to its immediate closure.
